1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and sealed in its original luxury presentation box with unbroken cellophane tamper seals.
💡 Tip: If you are unsure of a scent, we strongly recommend starting with The Discovery Set (5x5ml) before purchasing a full 50ml bottle.
2. Damaged or Leaking Bottles
In the unlikely event that your bottle arrives broken, cracked, or leaking during transit:
- Take clear photos or a short video of the package and damaged bottle within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at ninaivperfumes@gmail.com or WhatsApp our atelier support.
- We will dispatch an express replacement bottle free of charge without requiring return of the damaged glass.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our atelier, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened perfume bottles with broken cellophane/tamper seal (due to hygiene and cosmetic compliance).
- Custom-engraved bottles or personalized orders.
