1. Dispatch & Processing Timeline
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday through Friday) are dispatched on the same business day from our atelier. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be prepared and shipped on the following business day.

In the rare event that your perfume bottle arrives damaged or leaked, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at ninaivperfumes@gmail.com with photos of the outer box and bottle. We will ship a brand-new replacement bottle immediately at zero additional cost.
