2. Online Store & Product Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the olfactory descriptions, formulas, botanical accords, and imagery of our fragrances and handcrafted bags. Because our perfumes contain high concentrations of natural botanical essences, subtle variations in amber tint between harvest batches are normal and a hallmark of artisanal compounding.
3. Pricing & Payment Security
Prices for our creations are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue creations at any time. All online payments are securely encrypted via certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Cards, NetBanking).
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, bottle designs, brand emblems, photographic compositions, text narratives, and formulations featured on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of NINAIV™ and protected under Indian and International Copyright and Trademark laws.
